  公司分别在重庆市江北区和丰都县以及江苏省南京有三个生产基地，下属有重庆海特实业有限公司、成都海特实业公司、南京海特汽车部件有限公司、重庆海马科技有限公司四家全资子公司及一家与重庆长安集团合资的重庆海安汽车部件有限公司；占地面积200余亩，员工800余人，资产1.2亿元，2002年销售收入近2亿元；引进了日本、意大利等国的大批先进设备，形成了年产80万套三元催化器、年产50万套消声器、年产350万M²豪华陶瓷墙地砖的生产能力。公司生产的汽车三元催化转化器、消声器成功地与重庆长安、长安铃木、柳州五菱、南京长安、河北长安、安徽安驰、陕西汉江等十多家汽车厂配套供货，同时还采取OEM方式为摩托罗拉、联合电子、中汽集团贴牌加工，是我国同类产品生产规模较大的企业。

Our conduct the researching work of these products as well and sells them. Our company is a private comprehensive technological enterprise, get the ISO 9002 quality certificate, China automotive product certificate, China environment preservation product certificate and high technology certificate. The HT automotive exhaust catalytic converters of our company is rewarded by five ministries, such as China National Science and Technology Ministry, National Environment Preservation Ministry. Our exhaust catalytic converters are evaluated as National important New Products.
　　Our company has four bases, the first base is in Jiangbei District of Chongqing city. The second is called Chengdu Height industrial Company Ltd. Third is called the Nanking Height Industrial Company Ltd. The fourth is Chongqing Highma Science and Technology Company Ltd. Beside them, there is a joint venture, called Chongqing Highan Automotive Part Company Ltd. The other side of partner is Chongqing Changan Group. Total area occupies 200 Mu. Total number of employees is 800 persons. Total assets is 120 million yuan RMB, The total sates in 2002 was 200 million yuan RMB. Our company bought a large volume of advanced equipment, such as Japanese, Italian, The production capacity is 80,000 sets of exhaust catalytic converters, 500,000 sets of silencers, 3,500,000 pieces of ceramic bricks of M2 model. Our three element catalytic converters and silencers successfully supplied to Changan, Hebei, Changan, Anhui Changan, Shaxi Hanjiang companies (total number of OEM is ten). Menwhile, we supply products to Motorola, United Electronic, China Auto.
