重庆渝江压铸有限公司创立于1992年，现在4000余名员工，厂区占地面积110亩，厂房40000多平方米，固定资产两亿多元，拥有国内外先进设备1300余台（套），具有年产3万余吨铝合金压铸产品的生产能力和机械加工年产450余万套各类发动机箱体的生产能力，是集设计开发、铝合金压铸、机械加工、表面处理、模具设计制造为一体的综合型企业。
公司主要生产汽车、摩托车、通用汽油机、高速艇等主机上的铝合金压铸产品300余种，除供国内大中型主机厂装机外，相当一部分产品远销世界各地。2002年，公司年销售收入已达到6亿元以上。
公司在管理方面于1998年取得了ISO9001国际质量体系认证，已建成了先进的计算机网络系统，确保了公司产品质量和整体效能。
为适应市场需要，2003年起三年内计划投入技改资金1亿元以上，购进国内外先进设备，再建数条汽车铝合金零件专业生产线和通用汽油机专业生产线，走专业化、高水平、大规模生产道路，进一步提高铝合金压铸产品的质量和生产能力，预计到2005年公司具有生产汽车、摩托车、通用汽油机、高速艇等产品的发动机铝合金压铸产品600万套的生产能力。
Chongqing Yujiang Die-Casting Co., Ltd. established in 1992.
Now it owns about 4000 staff and 110 mu land including more than 40000
square meters workshop and about 1300 sets of domestic and overseas
advanced facilties. The fixed assets are more than 200 million yuan.
It’s annual production are 30000 tons of die-casting products of
aluminium alloy and 4.5 million sets of different engine cases. The
comprehensive enterprise is involved in design and development,
die-casting aluminium alloy, processing machinery, dealing with
surface and design and manufacturing model.
The main products including die-casting models of aluminium
alloy mounted on automobize, motorcycle, gasoline engine and
high-speed yacht etc. There are more than 300 kinds of products.
Except suppling products for large and middle scale factories, many
products have been sold all over the world. The annual sale income are
more than 600 million yuan in 2002.
The company has taken ISO9001 international quality system
certification. The advanced computer net has assured quality and
efficiency.
To meet demand of market, we will invest 100 million yuan to
purchase domestic and overseas advanced facilies and establish
professional assembly lines to produce automobile aluminium alloy
components and gasoline engine in 3 years from 2003. We will raise the
quality of product and production. The annual production is expected
to be 6 million sets of die-casting products mounted on automobile,
motorcycle, gasoline engine and high-speed yacht etc, from 2005. |
