重庆威星橡胶工业有限公司成立于2001年2月15日，是由重庆市巴南区新星橡胶厂和台湾升星橡胶工业有限公司联合投资创办的中外合资企业，主要以生产中、高档摩托车轮胎为主。
公司拥有高精密度自动化制造、检验设备，技术员、管理员均来自台湾著名轮胎制造厂家。公司占地面积：70亩；员工：260人，其中从事质量管理人员：85人。
为满足顾客的要求并使公司质量管理体系得到持续改善，公司于2002年11月份已通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证。2003年5月通过中华人民共和国“3C”安全认证欧洲“EMRK”认证。
创业至今，现公司一直坚持严格贯彻、落实质量方针：诚信经营、品质至上、铸造品牌，已与嘉陵、力帆、隆鑫、宗申、大江、建设、银钢等企业配套，已得到组车厂的肯定和赞许。

Established on Feb.15, 2001, Chongqing Wei Xing Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Wei Xing Co.) as a manufacturer of motorcycle tires of middle and senior grade, was jointly invested by Chongqing Xingxing Rubber Plant and Taiwan Shengxing Rubber Industry Co., Ltd.
Wei Xing Co. is armed with modern production and inspection equipments of high precision & automation. All of the technical and managerial staff comes from famous tire-made manufacturers in Taiwan. It covers an area of 70 mu with 260 employees altogether, among which 85 persons are responsible for the quality administration (QA).
To maximize the clients’ needs as well as to improve the company’s QA system, Wei Xing Co. has passed assessment of ISO9001:2000 QA system in November 2002, and 3C safety assessment in May 5, 2003. Evrope “EMRK” of attestation.
From the beginning of its establishment, Wei Xing Co. has always been sticking to the principle of quality control. Qwning to its operation based on integrity and excellent quality, Wei Xing Co. has established close cooperation relations with motorcycle manufacturers such as Jialing, Lifan, Loncin, Zongshen, Dakar, Jianshe, Yin’gang, from which Xin Xing Co. has won high praise and recognition.
