内蒙古第一机械制造（集团）有限公司是国家“一五”期间156个重点建设项目之一，现隶属于中国兵器工业集团公司，是国家特大型工业企业和520户重点企业之一。内蒙古第一机械制造（集团）有限公司模具制造分公司是中国模具协会会员单位，于1997年通过ISO9002质量体系认证，公司现有各种加工设备68台，其中大型精密数控加工设备6台、500吨油压机一台、2000KN研配机一台，员工200余人，工程技术人员30余人，采用UG、AutoCAD、Cimtra等软件，注册资本2862万元，占地面积6600m2。
模具制造分公司全面采用CAD/CAM/CAE一体化制造技术生产各种冷冲模具、热铸模具、玻璃钢模具等产品。公司尤以设计、制造厚板料大梁模具及各种车型底盘类模具见长，先后为一汽、二汽、江铃汽车、郑州日产、上海科勒、昌河汽车、北方奔驰、沈阳金杯、襄樊车轿厂、上海易初、佛山五十铃等厂家承制了大中型模具的设计与制造项目，在国内模具市场享有较高的声誉。

Inner Mongolia No.1 Machinery Group Corporation Limited. One of the State’s 156 key projects of the “first-year plan”, is one of the enterprises of China Norinco Group, and is classified as one of the State’s extra-large industrial enterprises and one of the 520 key enterprises of China. Die Company of Inner Mongolia No.1 machinery Group is a member of China’s Die/Mould Association, and passed the authentication of ISO 9001 quality system in 1997. Presently the company has 68 sets of manufacturing cquipment which include 6 large-scale precise CNC machines, 1 set of 500 ton press and 1 set of 2000KN lapping press, and has over 200 employees including over 30 engineering personnel. The company adopts the software of UG, AutoCAD and Cimtra, has a registered capital of 28620000 RMB and covers an area of 6600M2.
By adopting integrated CAD/CAM/CAE technologies, the die company can produce cold stamping dies, hot casting moulds and glass fiber dies, etc., and especially has the advantages to design and manufacture the dies of thick plate beam and dies of various chassis. It has ever undertaken the designing and manufacturing of large and medium-scale dies for many automobile companies such as No. 1, No.2, Jiangling, Zhenzhou Nissan, Shanghai Kohler, Changhe, North Benz, Shengyang Jinbei, Xiangfan axle factory, Shanghai Yuchu and Foshan SUZUKI, etc., and has high reputation in domestic die market.
