重庆天人汽车车身制造有限公司系重庆市天人工业(集团)公司旗下的核心骨干企业，专业生产汽车车身覆盖件、座椅骨架和重型货车驾驶室总成，是重庆地区最大的民营汽车车身制造公司。创建于一九九二年七月，经过十多年的艰苦创业，平均每年以25%的发展速度高速增长，已经成为具有剪切、冲压、焊接、模具制造、总装、涂装等综合生产能力的专业汽车车身制造公司。公司为长安汽车（集团）责任有限公司、重庆长安铃木有限公司、重庆长安福特有限公司、重庆红岩汽车集团、重庆建设雅马哈有限公司等大型企业直接配套，还为世界著名汽车零部件制造商李尔、伟世通、阿文美驰、提爱斯等公司配套。其生产规模、设备能力、技术水平在重庆地区汽车、摩托车配套企业中名列前茅。曾多次被政府授予重庆市“工业五十强”，江北区“工业十强”等荣誉，被长安铃木公司等客户单位授予“优秀供应商”的荣誉称号，被中国银行评为AAA级企业。被中国机械工业企业管理协会评为“中国机械工业500强”。
公司拥有UG、Solid Edge、AutoCAD等国际通用设计软件，与东风模具厂、成飞模具中心、河北兴林模具公司、大江模具中心、达科汽车技术公司等建立了紧密的技术开发合作伙伴关系，具备了全面的技术开发能力，可满足各类车身产品及其附件的设计和制造。同时，公司还拥有较强的三维检测能力和严格、完善的质量保证体系：1999年取得中国商检质量认证中心（CQC）颁发的ISO9002质量体系认证证书；建立了QS9000质量体系，并于2002年2月通过赛宝认证公司颁发的QS9000-1998质量体系认证证书。目前，正在积极筹备通过ISO/TS16949：2002和ISO14001：1996。
公司地处重庆市江北区唐家沱太平冲村，占地243亩，生产车间及辅助生产面积达2万多平方米，拥有固定资产1.2亿元。拥有63t～1250t等大、中型冲压设备和各种焊接设备50余台，具备微型汽车、轿车等车身系统冲压、焊接制造能力，已形成年产15万辆车付／800万件（套）冲焊件总成及分总成生产能力。
天人集团与重庆红岩汽车集团形成了长期战略合作伙伴。在未来五年，天人将成为红岩汽车集团驾驶室总成主要配套供应商，公司大力开发生产以重型汽车驾驶室总成为代表产品的汽车零部件及其总成等产品，最终将形成年产重型汽车驾驶室总成50000台的生产能力，逐步建设成为全国重型汽车驾驶室总成、集成车身系统的主要供应商之一。

Chongqing Skyman Automobile Body Manufacture Co., Ltd., the core enterprise of Chongqing Skyman Industry Groups, is the largest supplier of automobile body in Chongqing. The real estate of the company has been increasing 25% per year since 1992 when it was founded and now it has become a famous company of automobile body with comprehensive capability of shearing, stamping, welding, model-making, assembling, coating and so on. The Company has keep close business relationship with many large locol enterprises, such as Chongqing Chang’an Automobile Groups, Chongqing Chang’an & Suzuki Co. Ltd., Chongqing Chang’an & Ford Co. Ltd., Chongqing Hongyan Automobile Groups, Chongqing Construction & Yamaha Co. Ltd.; It has also cooperated with some world-famous suppliers of automotive components, i.e., Lear, Westeon, ArvinMeritor, TS. Based on its productive scale, machinery and technological level, the Company ranks the first-class among the motor industry in Chongqing; thus, it has been awarded many honors, i.e., Top 50 Key Industrial Enterprise by Chongqing Municipal government, Top 10 Key Industrial Enterprise by the government of the Jiangbei District, Excellent Supplier by Chang’an & Suzuki Co. Equipped with such advanced software used generally worldwide as UG, Solid Edge and AutoCAD and having establishing intimately cooperative relationships in R&D with a number of enterprises, universities and institutes, the Company has comprehensive technical development ability which well meets the design and manufacture of all kinds of automobile bodies and attachments. Meanwhile, it possessed the strong ability of 3D detect and keeps a strict and perfect quality control system. It established quality assurance systems according to ISO9002 and QS9000-1998 specifications respectively in 1999 and 2002. Moreover, it is preparing for other two quality assurance systems, ISO/TS 16949: 2002 and ISO14001: 1996.
With the real estate amounting to 120 million yuan, the Company covers an area of more than 160,000 m2 and over 20 km2 of which is the workshops. The Company boasts about 50 stamping and welding machines with capacities ranging from 63T to 1250T and its producing ability reaches 8 million stampings/year.
The skyman group has formed long-term strategic corporation partnership with Chongqing Hongyan auto group. In the following five years, the skyman group will become the main complement supplier of Hongyan auto group, it is greatly developing auto assembly and its components and at last it will form auto operator cabin assembly production capacity of 50000 units per year, gradually it will become one of the main suppliers of heavy-duty auto operator cabin assembly and integration auto body system.
